EVENT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-IMITATION NOTICE

Curls N’ Convo Natural Hair Summit is an independently created and developed event. Its name, branding, concept, themes, programming structure, original experiences, educational content, promotional materials, written materials, graphics, presentations, activities, and other original elements are the intellectual property of Curls N’ Convo and/or their respective creators, unless otherwise stated.

Attendance at, participation in, or access to Curls N’ Convo does not grant any individual or organization permission to copy, reproduce, recreate, adapt, commercially exploit, or develop a substantially similar event using Curls N’ Convo’s original concepts, materials, programming, branding, or proprietary content.

Attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, vendors, and other participants may not use information, materials, presentations, event formats, original programming concepts, or other proprietary materials obtained through their participation in Curls N’ Convo for the purpose of creating, promoting, or operating a competing event that intentionally imitates or substantially reproduces the original elements of Curls N’ Convo without prior written permission.

This notice does not restrict individuals from independently hosting, participating in, or supporting events related to natural hair, beauty, culture, wellness, entrepreneurship, or related subjects. It is intended to protect the original intellectual property, creative expression, branding, materials, and distinctive elements developed by Curls N’ Convo.

Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, distribution, or commercial use of Curls N’ Convo’s protected intellectual property may result in appropriate legal action and/or other remedies available under applicable law.
